Microsoft Regional Director

Regional Directors are independent 3rd party users of Microsoft technology whose mission it is to inform, educate and congregate the Windows development community. Regional directors have gained developers' trust by providing an objective viewpoint and talking with developers in their own language. Regional Directors are not Microsoft employees, so they tend to be very open about Microsoft products, both good and bad. At the end of the day, though, customers get the information they need to be successful.

Damir Tomicic, Managing Director of Axinom, is the Regional Director for Germany. As the Regional Director, Damir communicates the benefits and application of Microsoft technology to the technical community via presentations and sponsorship of technology-focused events. In addition, as a President of International .NET Association (INETA) Europe Damir is the "eyes, ears and voice" of the European Microsoft developer community, helping to ensure that Microsoft has a clear understanding of the community's needs.
